The Summit Restaurant offers diners the finest food in unique and stunning surroundings. With its semi-circular glass wall spanning the entire restaurant, it truly has to be seen to be believed. Breakfast is also served here with a large selection of cereals, juices, yogurts, fresh fruit and, naturally, traditional Irish fayre from the buffet. The Palace Bar has recently been renovated and the seating re-upholstered in vintage brown leather hide.
