Following a complete refurbishment programme, the historic Benners Hotel reopened in July 2007 as a modern stylish property with a warm and intimate atmosphere. The 45 guest rooms are carefully designed and equipped with guests’ comfort in mind. All are clean and well maintained, as are the en suite bathrooms. The hotel houses a branch of the long established and well-known Killarney restaurant, the Cooperage. Under the care of an award winning team, this is a contemporary stylish venue set in an intimate atmosphere. The menu has an extensive array of dishes and features a variety of local produce, specialising in seafood and game. In addition, the Deacon Bar boasts a mix of French chic décor and funky interiors and is the place to see and be seen. Its patio adds space and allows for an al fresco experience. Lunch is served daily and bar food is available each evening. The bar is also a great venue for entertainment and has live music weekly as well as an in house DJ at weekends.
